March is National Women’s History Month and to celebrate, we here at Be Kind & Co. are interviewing women who share our vision that kindness can change the world for the better.

Kelly M. Williams is an Emmy Award Winning makeup artist who has worked at KTLA 5 News in Los Angeles for the past 35 years.

1.   How do you define kindness?

I define kindness as a feeling that explodes from your heart and leads one into an act of love.

2.   How do you lead with kindness in your personal life?

I lead with kindness daily by taking into consideration every living beings feelings.

3.   What does it mean to you to support other women?

To me to support other women means to always embrace every woman for who they are and where they have come from.  I believe supporting women should always be a part of a woman’s everyday life.

4.   Who inspires you and why?

My parents have been inspirational to me my entire life. They have inspired me by unconditionally providing for our family and others in many shapes and forms with respect, dedication, and love.

5.   What is your super power?

Unconditional love and kindness.
